Structured Analysis I takes what we know of how the mind works and looks at how to use mental structure to prompt creative ideas. In this, we will discuss several idea generation techniques and sorting methods that help us approach and solve problems.

Structured Analysis II – Tools and Techniques for Problem Solving

Structured Analysis II builds on the previous creative idea generation instruction to explore solution-focused analytical tools.  In this, we will become familiar with several structured analytical techniques to sort information, diagnose problems, and generate information-based solutions.

Structured Analysis III – Prediction, Estimation, Planning, and Preparing

Structured Analysis III goes beyond solving today’s problems, into anticipating tomorrow’s challenges.  In this, we will explore generating proactive, probability-based assessments that will help organisations prevent surprise, plan ahead, and flexibly prepare.
